Bf grandma left us. She 72 this year and departed on the 8 aug, time 1826. The day she pass away is the day she was born and also year or rabbit.
The reason why she pass away:
-Her spine have collape fracture( Which means her bone are cracking one by one)
-She have a heart attack which was unknown by anyone as the heart attack block her leg vessel which makes her collapse and thus send to hospital.
The doc told us a sad news that her leg got to be amputated as it dead. But they did not proceed as they give her medicine to clear the blockage. And she was kept unknown about the amputation as this might freak her out.
We rush to hospital on sun night to see her. She's lying on bed in pain and keep insisting she wan to go home. And the funny part she keep saying she wan to eat grapes. So after visiting her to see she quite strong, we decided to go home as the next day bf working.
The next day, after i do my chores, bf called me saying that his grandmother maybe cannot make it. We went to the hospital and the look of her are just too unbearable. She look so weak and was on oxygen and morphine. Bf aunt told us she has not been sleeping for the whole night. It's must be too painfully for her as both her leg and sphine causes the pain. We tried to talk to her. The first afternoon she does not respond much as the morphine made her too dronsy. The second half of afternoon, she actually wake up, and saw us. Bf aunt actually told me that grandma looking for me the previous night. There's something she wan to tell me but I didn't manage to get her message. About 6 plus in the evening, the x ray person come told us to get out of the room saying there will be an x ray asking we all to leave the room. So we all left and sit and the resting area. Then I saw all his aunt rushing and crying and I shout and bf. We reach her room but it was too late. She pass away while other paitent having x ray. She must be scare but stay strong and pass away without letting us see her pain. Her corpse still warm with very peaceful look on her face with little tears at the corner of her eyes.
Bf aunt and his cousin are very deverstated. They were wailing and from bf look, he trying to stay strong. In fact I believe he was the saddest among all as his grandma love him the most.
Everything was so rush. from preparing her death cert to set up tentage and go to the mortury to collect her body and to choose her coffin. I see the whole process and stay up every night at the wake make sure things go right and folding her gold and money for her. It's also makes me wanna cry everytime I think about her. The bonding are so strong and even stronger than my uncle and aunty death. She prepare quite a number of things for herself and that when bf mum, aunties and uncle doesn't have to do much things. She also have her sprint left in Singapore buddhist lodge (新加坡佛教居士林）for the 49 days of prayer and chanting.
Bf told me she shouldn't left the early. I told him that I also dun wish that she left that early neither her grandma too as herfore her death she kept telling her daughter and grandchilren that her friends are leaving one by one and she are too scare and keep insisting she wan to stay in hospital for check up but life are unprediable. At least she leave in peace, without pain and also with her leg still intact. Be gratefull that her life was a happy one with all children with successful lives, grandchildren all growing up and even great grandchildren. The only regret I have was not able to marry earlier and give her great grandchildren ( Maybe that what she looking forward into ).
A lesson to learn. To cherish your love ones before it's too late. Nevr hide what you wan to say. Express yourself before they gone. Maybe they will felt better after listening to your words and will pass in peace.
